Russian forces continued to shell the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Saturday, again damaging a residential building, killing one person and injuring seven others, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Hanzha said.

"Russians struck Dnipro again. And again, a residential building was damaged. Seven people were injured. Medics are providing them with all necessary assistance," Hanzha wrote on Telegram. He later updated the information to report one death during the latest attack.

He emphasized that the strike hit the same residential quarter targeted overnight. "A multi-story building was damaged," the report said.

As reported, Russians launched a massive combined strike on Ukraine on Saturday night, primarily targeting Dnipro. Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Kyiv regions were also attacked. A four-story residential building in Dnipro was partially destroyed. Total casualties from the morning and overnight strikes currently stand at four dead and 27 injured. One person may still be under the rubble.
