Death toll in Dnipro rises to 3, search operations continue – authorities
Three people were killed in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro as a result of a Russian combined strike on the city.
"Rescuers pulled another body from the rubble of a house in Dnipro hit by the Russians last night," Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Ganzha said on Telegram on Saturday.
"Emergency services continue to clear the ruins. They are still looking for people," he said.
Russians launched a massive combined strike on Ukraine on Saturday night. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the main direction of the strike was Dnipro. Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa and Kyiv regions were also attacked.
A four-story residential building was partially destroyed in Dnipro as a result of the attack. At the moment, three people are known to have been killed and 21 injured. Among the victims are two police officers and a 9-year-old boy. Four more people may be under the rubble.
