One of those wounded during Russia's strike on Dnipro on April 14 died; death toll now at 7 – administration
The death toll from the Russian strike on the city of Dnipro on April 14 has risen to seven following the death of one of the victims, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha said.
"A 47-year-old man, wounded during the Russian strike on Dnipro on April 14, has died in the hospital. For ten days, medics fought for his life. But, unfortunately, the injuries proved too severe. In total, seven men have died due to that enemy attack. Condolences to the relatives," Hanzha said on Telegram on Friday.
As previously reported, five people were killed, and more than 30 others were injured and hospitalized due to the Russian missile attack on Dnipro on April 14. April 15 was declared a day of mourning in the city. Of the wounded, 12 were in serious condition. On April 20, a 50-year-old man died in the hospital.
On the night of April 16, the occupiers attacked Dnipro again with drones. Three people were killed, and 30 civilians were wounded. Subsequently, one of them died, bringing the death toll to four.
As a result of the Russian attack on the night of April 23 in Dnipro, two people were killed and ten were injured, including two children.
