The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) worked through the night to eliminate the consequences of a massive Russian UAV attack on Odesa.

"The rapid response unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in the Odesa region assisted at the site of the strike tonight. Together with rescuers, volunteers conducted a bypass of damaged buildings and surrounding areas, provided first aid to six victims, and evacuated a wounded person to the hospital," the URCS reported on Facebook on Friday.

In addition, URCS volunteers provided first psychological aid to people in a state of acute stress reaction and provided rescuers with drinking water.

Currently, the URCS is distributing humanitarian aid to the victims.

As reported, as a result of the night attack by Russia on Odesa, two people were killed and 17 were injured (nine of whom were hospitalized). Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure came under fire.
