Number of Resilience Centers in Ukraine to rise to 400 by year end – Svyrydenko

By the end of 2026, the number of Resilience Centers in Ukraine will increase from 386 to 400, and starting next year, they will operate on a permanent basis, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

"Initially, we launched the Resilience Centers in test mode. However, starting from 2027, we expect their number to grow and they will provide services on a permanent basis," she stated at the Resilience forum on Friday.

The Prime Minister reported that there is already competition among non-governmental organizations to work alongside the state under the center program.

"It is important for every community to have such a center and its own social manager, as the services of the Resilience Centers must be accessible to everyone living in the community," she noted.

Currently, according to the Prime Minister, the list of services provided by the centers is being processed and expanded, and a unified quality standard and methodology for their operation are being developed.

As previously reported, Resilience Centers have been opening in communities across Ukraine since December 2023. Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine Denys Uliutin stated that in 2026, the state plans to allocate UAH 1 billion for the Resilience Centers.
