Budanov and Horbulin agree to deepen cooperation between Presidential Office and other state institutions with NAS of Ukraine
Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov met with Ukrainian scientist and statesman Volodymyr Horbulin.
"We agreed with Volodymyr Horbulin to deepen cooperation between the Presidential Office and other state institutions with the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, so that our state is always at the forefront of global technological change and strengthens its own agency and sovereignty," Budanov wrote on Telegram on Friday.
He also discussed with Horbulin the protection of Ukrainian interests amid modern wars and the complex global political situation in general.
"Volodymyr Pavlovych presented his new book ‘The War of the Future. How the Technologies of the Russian-Ukrainian War of 2022-2025 Changed the Battlefield,’ which he co-authored with Valentyn Badrak and to which I had the honor of writing a foreword," Budanov wrote, recommending the book to "everyone interested in the strategy of modern conflicts, in which technological superiority will be the key to the survival of nations."
