Russians lose 1,140 troops and 162 units of special equipment in one day – General Staff
The defence forces eliminated 1,140 occupiers, one tank, 38 artillery systems, seven armoured vehicles, 1,026 UAVs, and 162 motor vehicles and units of special equipment over the past day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Facebook on Wednesday morning.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to April 22, 2026 are approximately: personnel - around 1,321,450 (+1,140), tanks – 11,885 (+1), combat armoured vehicles - 24,436 (+7), artillery systems – 40,516 (+38), MLRS – 1,749 (+0), air defence systems - 1,350 (+0), aircraft - 435 (+0), helicopters - 350 (+0), operational-tactical UAVs - 251,489 (+1,026), cruise missiles - 4,549 (+0), ships/boats - 33 (+0), submarines – 2 (+0), motor vehicles and fuel tankers - 90,925 (+162), special equipment - 4,132 (+0)," the statement said.
