Another victim of shooting in Kyiv dies in hospital – Klitschko
A man wounded by a shooter in the Holosiivsky district of Kyiv has died in the hospital, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reports.
"The victim was in extremely serious condition. Doctors fought for his life, but unfortunately, they were unable to save him," Klitschko wrote on the telegram channel.
Currently, 7 of those wounded in the Holosiivsky district remain in the capital’s hospitals. One of them is a child. Among the adults, four victims are in intensive care. Two are in the polytrauma department.
Doctors are providing all necessary medical assistance to all of them.
In total, there are already seven dead from the shooting in the Holosiivsky district.
As reported, a shooting occurred in the Holosiivsky district of Kyiv on April 18: previously, 6 deaths were known, 5 of whom died on the spot. The police conducted a special operation to detain the attacker, during which he was liquidated.
According to law enforcement officers, the shooting was committed by a 58-year-old native of Moscow, a citizen of Ukraine, who previously lived in Bakhmut (Donetsk region), and later in the Holosiivsky district of the capital. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he used registered weapons.
