Budanov meets ECHR President Guyomar
Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Budanov and his deputy Iryna Mudra met with European Court of Human Rights President Mattias Guyomar.
"The ECHR is one of those institutions where the rule of law is not just about words, it is about real judgments. It has already established Russia's responsibility for systematic human rights violations in Ukraine since 2014. This is not a political position. It is an established fact. And these decisions need no additional arguments. They require real accountability," Budanov said on Telegram after the meeting.
He said that despite the full-scale war, strikes on critical infrastructure and systemic pressure, Ukraine is fully participating in all proceedings, ensuring a proper legal position and effectively defending its interests.
