Zelenskyy arrives in Berlin - press secretary

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Berlin, presidential press secretary Serhiy Nykyforov told journalists.

"The president has arrived in Berlin to meet with Chancellor Friedrich Merz and to take part in Ukrainian-German intergovernmental consultations," he said.

A meeting with Merz, a joint press appearance and document signing are also planned.

A plenary session of intergovernmental consultations with Zelenskyy and Merz is also set to take place in Berlin.

In addition, the Ukrainian head of state will visit Norway today, where he will meet with Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, with a press appearance planned.
