The Slobidsky district court of Kharkiv has chosen a preventive measure for the suspect in the attack on a Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC) serviceman (Part 3 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) that took place on April 6.

"He has been placed under round-the-clock house arrest for 60 days," the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office press service told an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent.

As previously reported, on the morning of April 6, during a mobile group operation of the Industrial unified district TCC and SP, a civilian who attempted to avoid a military registration document check began to flee. During the escape, the offender threw two training grenades at a serviceman, fired two shots from a pneumatic pistol, and inflicted a stab wound to the abdomen of one of the servicemen, after which he fled the scene. The wounded serviceman was hospitalized.
