Ukrainian armed forces strike oil depots, logistics facilities and Bastion coastal missile system - General Staff
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported strikes on two oil depots, a positional area of the Bastion coastal missile system in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as enemy materiel and weapons depots on temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory.
"On the night of April 8, units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck oil depots in Feodosia, where a fire broke out, and Hvardiyske in the temporarily occupied AR Crimea… Among other things, our soldiers struck an electronic intelligence station near Novoozerne and the positional area of the Bastion coastal missile system near Sofiivka in temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea," the General Staff’s Telegram post reads.
According to the military, fire strikes were also carried out on enemy materiel depots near Svitle (temporarily occupied Zaporizhia region), Sukhodilsk (temporarily occupied Luhansk region), and Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk region.
In addition, a field artillery depot near Yalta in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, a drone depot near Stepne in the same region, and an ammunition depot near the settlement of Uralo-Kavkaz in temporarily occupied Luhansk region were struck.
Enemy losses and the scale of damage are being determined.
