Manager of Pivdenny marine oil terminal Dykovytsky takes charge of Ukrainian Distribution Networks Supervisory Board

Yaroslav Dykovytsky, Deputy Director for Economics and Finance of the state-owned enterprise Pivdenny Marine Oil Terminal (Odesa region), has been elected head of the supervisory board of JSC Ukrainian Distribution Networks (UDN), the company reported in the SMIDA information disclosure system.

Dykovytsky, appointed to this position on March 26, 2026, also headed the supervisory board of JSC Ukrainian Energy Machines and was deputy director for economics at JSC Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine.

As reported, the Ministry of Energy, which acts as the general meeting of shareholders of JSC UDN, appointed a new supervisory board to replace the previous one, which was dismissed in December 2025.

Ihor Burak, Yaroslav Dykovytsky, Serhiy Savchuk, Serhiy Karpenko and Viktor Polischuk became members of the Supervisory Board.

Their term of office is three years, starting on March 26, 2026.
