Russians strike Kharkiv again, casualties reported

Kharkiv is under Russian drone attack, with hits recorded in the Kyivskyi district and casualties reported, city mayor Ihor Terekhov said.

"There are casualties, their number and condition are being clarified," he said on Telegram.
