One dead, one injured in Kyiv region drone attack – official

Air defense is active in Kyiv region, with one person reported dead and one injured, according to Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

"Attention! Kyiv region! The air raid alert continues. We ask everyone to remain in shelters. Air defense is operating in the region," the Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported on its Telegram channel.

Shortly after, Head of the Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk reported on Telegram one fatality and one injury. "Unfortunately, there are tragic consequences. As of now, one person is known to have died. Preliminarily, there is also one injured person. All necessary assistance is being provided," he wrote on the Telegram channel on Friday.

At the same time, social media channels are publishing videos of a drone hitting a residential building in Obukhiv and drone debris on the grounds of a school in Vyshneve.
