Ukrnafta's network to grow to more than 700 filling stations – Koretsky

The state-owned network of Ukrnafta filling stations will grow to more than 700 stations across the country, announced Serhiy Koretsky, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz Ukrainy.

"An additional 21 U.Go gas stations, owned by Ukrgazvydobuvannia, will operate under the UKRNAFTA brand in Poltava and Kharkiv regions," he wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday.

According to the head of Naftogaz, the rebranding of gas stations has already begun, and on April 1, the first two stations began operating under a single brand.

"This means common service standards, a single mobile app, loyalty programs, and NaftaPAY for every customer at every station in the network," he emphasized.

JSC Ukrnafta is Ukraine's largest oil producing company and the operator of the nation's largest network of filling stations, UKRNAFTA. The company operates 1,807 oil and 164 gas producing wells.

In 2024, the company assumed management of Glusco's assets. In 2025, it completed a deal with Shell Overseas Investments BV to acquire the Shell network in Ukraine. The company operates a total of 663 filling stations.

The company is implementing a comprehensive program to restore operations and update the format of its network of gas stations. Since February 2023, it has been issuing its own fuel coupons and cards, NAFTAKarta, which it sells to businesses and individuals through Ukrnafta-Postach LLC.

Ukrnafta's largest shareholder is Naftogaz Ukrainy, with a 50% stake plus one share. In November 2022, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to transfer to the state the company's shareholding, which was previously privately owned and is currently managed by the Ministry of Defense.
