A Nova Poshta terminal and a grocery warehouse belonging to a retail chain were damaged in the latest attack on the Lutsk community, Lutsk Mayor Ihor Polishchuk reported.

According to him, there is currently no information regarding casualties.

"The Nova Poshta warehouse and a grocery warehouse of one of the retail chains were identified as strategic targets for the attack. A balcony of a high-rise building also suffered damage, where a fire broke out. Thank God, as of this minute, there is no information about victims," Polishchuk noted on his Telegram channel.

In turn, Ukraine’s express delivery leader Nova Poshta confirmed that its terminal in Lutsk was destroyed following a Shahed drone strike.

"In the morning, Russia attacked the city with drones: a Nova Poshta terminal was destroyed. All employees were in shelters at the moment of the strike and were not injured," the company’s press service said in a statement on Wednesday.

It is noted that the assessment of the destruction is ongoing, and detailed information regarding damaged cargo will be established after the consequences of the strike are liquidated. Police and State Emergency Service units are currently working at the scene.

The company also stated it would compensate customers for lost shipments and will provide details on reimbursement in the near future. Customers can find additional information about their shipments via tracking in the app.
