Umerov states about attempts of unknown persons to contact intl partners on his behalf

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov stated that in recent days we have recorded attempts of communication on his behalf from unknown numbers.

"Unidentified persons are introducing themselves in my name and are contacting international partners, the diplomatic corps, colleagues with various requests, trying to obtain information. These messages have nothing to do with me or official activities. I urge everyone to observe information hygiene and check the sources of communication," Umerov said in the Telegram channel.

In case of receiving such messages, Umerov recommends contacting the NSDC Apparatus of Ukraine for clarification and verification.
