Head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Budanov, has replaced his predecessor in this position and also as head of the Council for Entrepreneurship Support. Corresponding presidential decree, No. 268, dated March 25, was published on the Council’s website.

According to the document, Iryna Mudra, Deputy Head of the President’s Office, has been appointed as the Council’s second deputy head, in addition to Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.

Larysa Yaremchuk, First Deputy Director General of the Directorate for Social and Economic Policy of the Opposition Platform, has replaced Yuriy Katsion, who took over Oschadbank as Secretary of the Council in the new year and left the Council.

As for the personal composition of business representatives, it remained almost unchanged: Pavlo Razdobarov, Deputy Director of VID Sewing Company LLC, became a new member, and Andriy Vadatursky, owner and CEO of Nibulon Joint Venture, joined the Council directly, replacing Mykhailo Rizak, Director of Government Relations.

The decree also records the change in the Business Ombudsman position, which has occurred since the Council’s initial formation in June of last year: Anka Feldhuzen has replaced Roman Vaschuk as a Council member.

As reported, the updated and expanded Entrepreneurship Support Council, approved by presidential decree on June 27, 2025, included 82 members, replacing the seven members of the predecessor council. Last October, Sobolev was appointed to the Council, replacing Yulia Svyrydenko, who became prime minister.

After its formation, the Entrepreneurship Support Council worked through industry groups, of which 11 were planned.
