One killed, 11 injured in Vinnytsia region after drone attack – regional authorities

As of Tuesday evening, one person had been killed and 11 injured in Ukraine’s Vinnytsia region as a result of a massive Russian drone attack, regional military administration head Natalia Zabolotna has said.

"As of now, 11 people have been injured and one person killed as a result of the massive attack on Vinnytsia region. All relevant services are working to deal with the aftermath," she said on Telegram.

According to Vinnytsia Mayor Serhiy Morhunov, the victim was a 59-year-old man. "Of the 11 injured, six were hospitalized, while five received medical assistance and were sent for outpatient treatment," he said on his Telegram channel.

Morhunov also said that damage had so far been reported to nine private houses, with severe destruction in three cases. Damage to two apartment buildings caused by the blast wave was also recorded.
