Russia destroys Avdiivka lyceum in Chernihiv region with three Gerans – official

Late Wednesday evening, Russia destroyed Avdiivka lyceum in Ponornytsia community of Chernihiv region with three Gerans, Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus has said.

"Facility is heavily damaged, along with school buses," he noted on Telegram channel, adding that "children studied there in person and only recently switched to mixed format due to frequent air raids."

According to Chaus, yesterday there was also repeated strike on transport infrastructure in Mena community, as well as in Nizhyn district. Local emergency medical services building was damaged as result of latest shelling.

During past day, there were 25 strikes on Chernihiv region and 31 explosions.
