Russian UAV kills truck driver in Sumy region — official
A targeted strike by a Russian drone has claimed the life of a truck driver, reported Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
In the Sadivska community, a 40-year-old man was killed. He had arrived to load grain when the Russians targeted the cabin of his truck with a drone. The vehicle caught fire upon impact, and unfortunately, the man died, Hryhorov wrote on the social network X.
Hryhorov expressed his sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
Earlier today, it was also reported that a 48-year-old resident of the Velyka Pysarivka community was killed by a drone strike while riding a motorcycle, while three other civilians were injured in a separate UAV attack on the Zarichny district of Sumy.
