Zelenskyy: Russians report 1,315,000 KIA in classified documents
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has heard a report from the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleh Ivashchenko, which included documents regarding Russia’s battlefield losses totaling 1,315,000 killed and seriously wounded.
"Important documents were obtained by our intelligence regarding the Russian assessment of their losses on the battlefield. In particular, a change in the ratio of killed and wounded Russians was recorded, namely, out of 100% of losses, 62% are killed and 38% are wounded. The Russians themselves, in closed official reports, state the level of their irrevocable losses at 1,315,000 killed and seriously wounded. We have reason to believe that the data on this level of losses is understated," he said on Telegram.
