Prosecutor General: Nearly UAH 311 mln in seized funds transferred to support Ukrainian defenders in 2026
During the first two months of 2026, assets and funds worth nearly UAH 311 million were transferred to support Ukrainian defenders as part of criminal investigations, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko has said.
"Only in January-February 2026, assets and funds totaling nearly UAH 311 million were transferred to support Ukrainian defenders, including UAH 218 million transferred in cash," the prosecutor general said on his Telegram channel on Monday.
According to him, these are funds and property seized as part of criminal proceedings, as well as assets transferred by suspects and defendants under plea agreements.
In particular, Kravchenko said that UAH 218 million was transferred directly to support military units; UAH 28 million – vehicles and motorcycles for transportation, evacuation and logistics; UAH 32 million – weapons and ammunition for combat missions; UAH 1.6 million – fuel and lubricants; and UAH 31 million – equipment, tools and other necessary gear.
"The Prosecutor’s Office will continue to use all available means to support Ukrainian defenders and strengthen the country’s defense," Kravchenko said.
