General Staff reports strikes on enemy air defense and command and observation posts in temporarily occupied territories

Air defense systems, command and observation posts (COP), and manpower concentration areas of the Russian occupiers were hit on Sunday, March 8, and during the night of March 9, in several locations across the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Monday.

"Enemy air defense systems were hit—a radar station from the S-300 SAM system in the area of Spokiine (TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea), as well as a Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile system in the area of Lymanchuk (TOT of the Luhansk region). In addition… the COP of a unit from Rubicon was hit in the area of the city of Donetsk, as well as enemy command and observation posts in the areas of Zaporizke, Chervonoselivka, and Hoholivka in the Zaporizhia region, and Zachativka in the Donetsk region," the General Staff reported on its Telegram channel.

In addition, enemy manpower concentration areas were hit in the areas of Rodynske and Poltavka in the Donetsk region, as well as Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region. The extent of the damage and other results are currently being clarified.
