Austria hands over two heating installations for heating premises to Kyiv – Klitschko
Austria has handed over two heating installations for heating premises to Kyiv, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
"I met with Austrian Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Energy and Tourism Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer. We discussed the situation in Kyiv and Ukraine. The minister assured that Austria will continue to support Ukraine in its fight for a free and democratic state," Klitschko wrote on Telegram.
The mayor thanked the Austrian minister for political support, humanitarian aid from Austria and economic cooperation.
Hattmannsdorfer said Austria was among the largest investors in Ukraine before the full-scale war, according to Klitschko. Austrian businesses are ready to cooperate, including in the reconstruction of Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
Klitschko added they agreed to identify and develop joint projects, including those related to energy.
"Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer also provided the capital with two heating units," Klitschko said.
