Zelenskyy discusses with UAE President how Ukraine can help the situation in Persian Gulf

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported a conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during which the parties discussed key aspects of the situation in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf region.

“I expressed my condolences over the lives lost as a result of Iran’s insane strikes. The President noted that the Iranian regime is targeting not only military facilities but virtually everything – residential buildings, shopping malls, even mosques. We discussed how we can help in this situation and support the protection of lives. It was agreed that our teams will work on this,” Zelenskyy wrote on X following the talk.
