URCS works in Zaporizhia at locations affected by enemy UAV attacks
The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) worked at the sites of the Russian attack in Zaporizhia.
"This night, Ukrainian cities once again suffered a massive attack. The Ukrainian Red Cross Emergency Response Teams, together with rescuers, worked at the sites of the shelling. Thus, in Zaporizhia, the Ukrainian Red Cross Emergency Response Team in Zaporizhia region, together with rescuers, provided first aid to the wounded," the society said on Facebook on Thursday.
Volunteers also provided first psychological aid to people who were in a state of acute stress reaction. In addition, residents of damaged houses received humanitarian aid from the Red Cross Society.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Russian UAVs attacked the city this night, injuring a person. Private and multi-storey residential buildings, a shopping center were damaged.
