Kyiv receives batch of generators, necessary equipment from Hamburg – mayor

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that the Ukrainian capital received 20 autonomous power sources from the city hall of the German sister city of Hamburg.

"These are generators of various capacities – from 66 kW to 110 kW. Equipment necessary for connecting the generators has also arrived from Germany," Klitschko wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.

He thanked his German friends for their aid and support in helping Kyiv and Ukraine overcome the energy crisis caused by attacks by Russian invaders on critical infrastructure.
