MP, leader of the European Solidarity party Petro Poroshenko transferred seven Ai-Petri complexes for countering hostile intelligence to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and announced that in the coming days another 15 complexes will be delivered to the defenders of Kyiv.

"Today we are finally beginning the transfer of Ai-Petri systems this year. Seven units worth a total of UAH 60 million are heading to the military. From now on, they will operate under the combat command of the 421st Separate Battalion and one of the centers carrying out counter-reconnaissance operations ... Fifteen Ai-Petri systems will soon be protecting critical infrastructure in Kyiv. We plan to transfer them by the end of the month to units covering the sky over the capital," Poroshenko wrote on Facebook.

He noted that the high-tech Ai-Petri systems are manufactured using Ukrainian-made components and can operate against both reconnaissance drones and strike drones such as Shaheds, adding that they have "already made quite a name for themselves at the front due to their effectiveness." "They are currently providing cover for artillery brigades, ammunition supply operations and the evacuation of wounded from the battlefield," Poroshenko said.

According to the party’s website, Poroshenko has invested more than UAH 200 million in the production of Ai-Petri SV systems since autumn 2023. The systems have successfully passed testing and are in use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In March 2025, Poroshenko announced a contract with the Ministry of Defense. In total, since the project’s launch, the military has received more than 250 units.

Each system consists of a counter-reconnaissance unit, a pickup truck, a charging station, a generator and necessary electronics.
