Nova Poshta launches delivery of documents and parcels from USA in partnership with UPS Store

Nova Poshta, Ukraine’s leader in express shipments and part of the NOVA group, has launched a partnership with logistics market leader The UPS Store to deliver documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kilograms from the United States to Ukraine through more than 6,000 partner locations, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

"We have taken the next step in expanding our presence in the U.S. market by launching deliveries to Ukraine in partnership with UPS," NOVA group (Nova Poshta) co-owner Viacheslav Kymov said, as quoted in the press release.

He noted that Nova Poshta plans to shorten delivery times from the current 7+ days to 5+ days, expand its range of services, including scaling up address-based delivery, and open franchised branches in major cities across the country.

Delivery rates from the United States to Ukraine are set at $25 for documents and parcels weighing up to 1 kilogram, $30 for parcels up to 2 kilograms, $50 for parcels up to 5 kilograms, $80 for parcels up to 10 kilograms, $150 for parcels up to 20 kilograms, and $200 for parcels up to 30 kilograms.

Insurance is included in the cost for parcels valued at up to $150. For shipments valued above $150, a minimum commission of 0.5% applies. In the event of force majeure, the company will reimburse the sender for the full declared value of the shipment, the statement said.

In 2025, Nova Poshta increased revenue by 21% compared to 2024. The number of delivered parcels and cargo shipments in 2025 rose by 7.4%, from 486 million to 522 million, including international shipments, which grew by 52.6%, from 19 million to 29 million.

Nova Poshta’s core business is express delivery of documents, parcels, and palletized oversized cargo. Its ultimate beneficial owners are Volodymyr Poperezhniuk and Klymov.

As of early January 2026, the company’s network included more than 50,000 service points, including 15,900 branches and 34,200 parcel lockers.
