Ukraine capable of producing faster and more efficiently than Europe — Danish PM
Europe has problems with its industrial base, as the speed does not match the production lines, Ukraine is able to produce faster and better, despite being in a state of war, said Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen.
"We have a transatlantic problem with our industrial base. I mean, some of the capabilities that we have decided to invest in when it comes to the Arctic region cannot be provided to the USA because the speed simply does not match the production lines. We have exactly the same problem in Europe," Frederiksen said during a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference.
"In Ukraine, it [the problem] does not exist. So, in Ukraine, they are able to produce faster and better than the rest of us, even despite the fact that they are at war. This is not only because they are really smart people, by the way, they are, and not only because they received money from us and other partners, but also because we work too slowly," she noted.
Frederiksen also noted that Putin does not want peace and will continue the war in Ukraine or "try to continue it somewhere else."
