USA continues to test option that Ukraine can live with and that Russia will accept - Rubio

The United States will continue efforts to achieve a peaceful settlement to Russia’s war against Ukraine and to find a negotiated solution that would satisfy all parties, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.

He said something they can’t answer, but we will continue to test, is whether there is an outcome that Ukraine can live with and that Russia will accept. And he also added that up until now, that had been elusive.
