NATO Secretary General confident in continued supplies of US weapons to Ukraine via PURL
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte is confident that the supply of military equipment from the United States to Ukraine will continue.
As reported by an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, he said this at a press conference after the meeting of NATO defense ministers and the NATO-Ukraine Council.
The secretary general said he was absolutely confident that the flow of critical equipment from the United States to Ukraine would continue.
Rutte reiterated that the PURL program had already provided Ukraine with about 75% of the missiles needed for Patriot systems and 90% of those required for other air‑defense systems.
He added that he was confident the supply would continue and that enough funds would be raised to sustain it.
