Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, reported on a working meeting with the commanders of the Airborne Assault Troops and Assault Regiments on the operational situation in Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions, which he held at one of the command posts "on the hot line."

"We openly discussed problematic issues that affect the effectiveness of task performance. This is primarily about logistics, repair of equipment, evacuation of the wounded, etc. He issued the necessary orders to meet the needs of our soldiers," Syrsky wrote on Telegram on Wednesday after the meeting.

According to him, the Russian occupiers continue to "act aggressively, trying to impose their initiative on us", however, Ukrainian units "maintain stability and control over key borders".

"We analyzed the real state of affairs on the front line and the dynamics of hostilities. Special attention was paid to the interaction between units, issues of management in the conditions of high intensity of fighting... Our goal is to keep the Russian aggressor in constant tension, inflict losses on him, prevent him from advancing. The tactics we have chosen are yielding results," added Syrsky.
