General Staff: Defense Forces fighters strike oil refinery in Volgograd region, enemy warehouses, along with Osa and Tor air defense systems overnight
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the destruction on the night of Wednesday, February 11, of an oil refinery in Volgograd region (Russia), fuel and lubricant depots, and air defense systems – the Osa and Tor systems – in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and Zaporizhia, Donetsk, and Kherson regions.
"On the night of February 11, 2026, Volgograd Oil Refinery (Volgograd, Volgograd region, Russia), which supplies the Russian occupation army, was damaged. A fire was detected at the facility. The extent of the damage is being determined," the General Staff said on its Telegram channel.
In addition, in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukrainian Crimea, near the village of Lobanove, an enemy fuel and lubricants depot was hit.
An enemy logistics depot was hit near the settlement of Balochky in Zaporizhia region's military operations zone. A concentration of enemy military equipment was hit near the settlement of Liubymivka. Additionally, near the settlement of Huliaipole, Defense Forces fighters struck a concentration of personnel from units of the Rubicon center.
An Osa anti-aircraft missile system was reportedly hit at Donetsk region's military tactical zone, near the village of Tretyaky. A Russian Tor anti-aircraft missile system was hit at the Kherson region's military tactical zone, near the village of Voskresenske.
"Enemy losses and the extent of the damage are being determined," the General Staff noted.
