Five children, 10 adults evacuated from Kharkiv region border area – police

Fifteen people, including an infant, were evacuated from Hontorivka and Shevchenkove Pershe of Vovchansk community of Kharkiv region, which are under constant shelling, the communications department of the National Police Headquarters in the region has said.

"Among the evacuees are five children and ten adults. The youngest child is only six months old," the police said.

Law enforcement officers carried out evacuation measures in cooperation with foreign volunteers from Brazil and with the support of charitable organizations: Rose on the Hand, Unity and Power and Nezlamna (Unbreakable).
