Dog shelter in Zaporizhia damaged due to Russian strike – mayor

A Russian airstrike in Zaporizhia damaged a dog shelter, injuring animals, according to Acting Mayor Rehyna Kharchenko.

"As a result of the Russian attack, a dog shelter was damaged. Many dogs were injured. Horrible terror," Kharchenko wrote on Telegram.

She added that Bytovik municipal enterprise is transporting the injured animals to clinics where they will receive the necessary care.
