Melnyk: TPP in Kharkiv destroyed by Russians - symbol of Europe's inability to protect Ukraine

Europe has demonstrated its inability to protect Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression, said Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the UN, Andriy Melnyk.

"The thermal power plant (TPP) in Kharkiv, destroyed by Russian missiles, is a symbol of Europe's collective inability to protect Ukraine in the face of this barbaric war with a sufficient air defense system. It's very sad. Just empty words. As many as necessary," Melnyk wrote on social media X.
