Zelenskyy instructs Luhovsky to head Foreign Intelligence Service

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree appointing an acting head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

Corresponding document No. 100/2026 was published on the president’s website.

“The first deputy head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Oleh Vasylyovych Luhovsky, will temporarily act as head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine,” the text of the document says.
