World leaders will arrive in Ukraine on Feb 24 - MFA
A number of foreign leaders and diplomats will arrive in Ukraine on February 24, the anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhiy Tykhyi has said.
"February 24. There will definitely be foreign guests, high-ranking officials, in Kyiv," he said during a briefing on Wednesday.
According to the spokesman, both foreign leaders and ministers will arrive in Ukraine.
"We are waiting for them, we will be very glad to see them. It seems to us that the date of February 24 is decisive for the European continent. This is the date that divided the history of Europe into before and after," Tykhyi said.
He noted the importance of foreign leaders showing support for the Ukrainian people on this day, together with Ukraine.
