Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov will lead the official delegation of Ukraine at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, Interfax-Ukraine learned at the press service of the presidential administration of Ukraine.
In addition, the delegation will include Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk and Head of the State Service for Youth and Sports Ravil Safiullin.
A relevant decision was taken by the coordinating council for the preparation for the Olympic Games under the chairmanship of the president of Ukraine.
The XXX Summer Olympics are scheduled to take place in London from July 27 to August 12, 2012.
Ukraine will send 245 athletes to London.
