Ukraine boss: Squad should forget defeat from France, prepare to face England

Ukraine coach Oleр Blokhin has said that his team should forget the defeat in today's match against France and prepare for the final match of the group stage against England.

"The game was probably equal in the first half. We had a couple of counterattacks in the second half, but did not carry them through, and the French team made the most of their opportunities. On the whole, I am satisfied with the game, but we haven't managed to do everything on which we agreed. The victory over Sweden didn't guarantee anything, and if some players already saw themselves in the quarter-finals, they made a mistake," the coach said at the postgame news conference in Donetsk on Friday evening.
