Zelenskyy holds HQ meeting discussing staffing of brigades

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Monday.

"I held a meeting of the Headquarters today. Several key issues [were discussed]. The first is staffing of brigades. The second is weapons and equipment for our soldiers, procurement and supplies," Zelenskyy said in an evening video address.

In addition, the president separately discussed with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov the fulfillment of contracts and the work of institutions in the Defense Ministry system.

"All real reform steps must be fully implemented," the head of state said.
