Heads of 3M Ukraine, Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine, DHL International Ukraine on EBA board
Managing director of 3M Ukraine Sophia Oliphant, Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine CEO Jean-Noel Reynaud and DHL International Ukraine Country Manager Natalia Bochkova have entered the board of the European Business Association (EBA).
The EBA told Interfax-Ukraine that the decision was made at an annual general meeting of the association last week.
The new board members, who have been appointed for two years, replaced representatives of Pepsico's Sandora, the Ukrainian division of Philip Morris, and ING Bank Ukraine.
In addition, Dario Marchetti from Danone Ukraine, Gordon Campbell from Hyatt Regency Kyiv, Volodymyr Lavrenchuk from Raiffeisen Bank Aval and Tomas Fiala from Dragon Capital, the president of the EBA, were reelected for a new term.
The European Business Association unites over 880 members. Its board includes representatives of 16 companies. The board cannot have more than three representatives from one sector and three people of the same nationality.
The president and vice president are elected from among the board members. The election is scheduled for the first board meeting in December 2011.
