Net profit of Oschadbank decreases by 3.5% in Q1

The net profit of state-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv) in January-March 2022 amounted to UAH 244.562 million, which is 3.5% less than in the same period last year (UAH 252.335 million), the bank’s press service reported.

According to the report, since February 24, the amount of funds on urgent and current accounts of Ukrainians increased by UAH 13.6 billion, or 11.8%, to UAH 128.8 billion.

In addition, from the beginning of the war to April 18, the bank issued UAH 900 million, mainly to farmers.

It is indicated that 73% of the bank's network is working: ATMs are replenished with cash, collection is carried out.

Oschadbank was founded in 1991. Its sole owner is the state.

According to the statistics of the National Bank, as of March 1, 2022, Oschadbank ranks second in terms of total assets (UAH 248.003 billion) among 69 banks operating in the country.
