Kreditprombank pays back F Series bonds worth UAH 350m
Kyiv-based Kreditprombank has paid back F Series bonds worth UAH 350 million, reads a bank press release.
The bank said that at the moment of payment, a total of 96,499 bonds were on the market. The bank paid the interest rate for the 16th coupon period amounted to UAH 42.38 per bond.
In August 2007 Kreditprombank placed F Series bonds worth UAH 350 million that were to mature in early June 2011.
The interest rate for the first two years of circulation was set at 11.5% and for the third and fourth years it was set at 17% per annum.
The payback offer was set for June 9, 2009. However, in October 2009 the bank restructured its liabilities on the bonds: according to the new conditions, the payment on F Series bonds worth UAH 330 million that were claimed for the payback offer in June 2009 was postponed for June 2011.
Currently Kreditprombank's C, D and G Series bonds worth UAH 600 million are on the market.
