Pharmaceutical companies that unjustifiably increase prices of medicines, may be punished by imposing of a fine equal up to 10% of their annual earnings, the acting chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Oleksandr Melnychenko, said in an interview published in the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia (The Mirror of the Week) weekly.
