KDD Group N.V. (the Netherlands), holding company of one of the largest Ukrainian developing and real estate investment groups, Kyiv-Donbas, plans this year to invest around $70 million to continue the building of the PecherSKY residential complex in the Perchersky District and Sky Towers A-class office center at Sholudenko Street in Kyiv.
"We continue building the PecherSKY and Sky Towers and in 2009 plan to spend on these projects around $70 million. We're in line with the schedule," its vice-president, Petro Radchuk, told Interfax-Ukraine.
He said that the company fulfilled large foundation works under the World Trade Center Kyiv A-class office center, and is looking for loans to continue works.
"The rest of the projects are on various stages of receiving permits, and construction has not started," he said.
He said that last year over $60 million were spent on construction and designing, and a new project has been acquired. Radchuk did not disclose other details of the company's work.
