The 8.55-time rise in public utility fees in Kyiv for very profitable commercial companies will lead to legal realtor businesses going into shadow, according to vice president of the Union of Realtors of Ukraine, Ihor Odnopozov.
"This will push all legal companies into shadow... In fact, we'll kill or push into shadow the legal market sector," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
He said that the Union of Realtors in early December sent a letter to Kyiv city state administration with a request to revise public utility fees for realtor companies. However, an answer was not received.
